Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

Ginger Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients 2 servings
  • Thinly sliced pork loin (3 mm) 240g
  • Onion 3/4(150g)
  • Cabbage 1/10 (100g)
  • Cucumber 1/4 (25g)
  • Tomato1/4 (50g)
  • ☆Dark soy sauce2 tbs
  • ☆Cooking Sake2 tbs
  • ☆Mirin2 tbs
  • ☆ Grated ginger1 tbs
  • Vegetable oil1 tbs

*You can replace the vegetables with your favorite salad.

*1tbs=15ml / 1tsp=5ml

*The temperature setting of the induction cooker is for reference only.

A staple of Japanese set menus! Pork Stir-Fry.
The savory soy sauce and fresh ginger aroma make this dish very appetizing.

How to make it

  • Cut cucumber into thin slices, tomato into wedges, cabbage into thin strips.

  • Grate 1/4 onion and cut the rest into 5 mm thin slices.

  • Mix all☆ seasonings. Cut cabbage into thin strips, cucumber into thin strips, tomato into wedges.

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the onions.When the surface of the onion becomes clear, add the pork with the grated onion and cook. Add the mixed seasoning (3) over high heat (1100W 190-200℃). When the sauce is cooked and becomes shiny, turn off the heat.

  • Serve with vegetables, pork and onions.
