Japanese Strawberry Donut Cake

Ingredients
- Strawberries 12 pcs
- Donuts 4 pcs
- Fresh cream 100g
- Sugar 1 tbsp
How to make
・Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut the strawberries in half lengthwise. Wipe the cut surfaces of the strawberries dry with a paper towel.
・Cut the donuts in half crosswise.

1In a bowl, beat the cream and sugar with a hand mixer.

2Pipe the whipped cream from Step 1 onto the bottom halves of the donuts. Stick four strawberries around the sides of the cream.

3Add the top halves of the donuts and decorate the cakes with more strawberries.
Tips for Preparation
・Wiping the strawberries dry will keep the whipped cream from flattening, for a more beautiful finish.
