Grilled Tofu with Miso Sauce
- Tofu 1 Firm(300g )
- Beef mince80g
- Brined green olives -finely chopped 3 (10g)
- Miso paste 3 tbs
- Cooking Sake 3 tbs
- Sugar 1.5 tbs
- Pink peppercorns small amount
*1tbs=15ml / 1tsp=5ml

Grilled tofu with miso glaze, made with hearty firm tofu that goes perfectly with the sweet-spicy miso.
Fragrant with olives and pink peppercorn, and makes a great drinking snack.
How to make it

Cut firm Tofu into 6 equal pieces. Place on paper towels for 10 minutes to drain.

Make the Miso sauce. Cook ground beef. When it is cooked, add green olives, Miso, cooking Sake, sugar and cook over low heat (600W 150-170℃) until warm.

Put the firm Tofu in a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat (800W 170-180℃) until browned and warm inside.

Put the firm Tofu on a plate and top with miso sauce. Sprinkle with pink peppercorns and serve.
