Smoothies decorated with fruits and nuts

Matcha smoothie

Ingredients 4 servings
Frozen Bananas 600g
Matcha powder 12g
Almond milk 175ml
Dates 4U

For the toppings

Blueberries 50g
Chia seeds 50g
Nuts mix 50g

Smoothies made with fruit, milk and matcha. Smoothies are usually made with fruit and milk, whereas by adding matcha green tea, a new flavor is achieved.

How to make it

  • Peel and cut the bananas in 2 pieces.

  • Freeze 1 day before.

  • In a blender, put all the ingredients and start blending until smooth.

  • Pour into a bowl and leave in the fridge.

  • Decorate with chia seeds, blueberries and the mix of nuts

Among the many varieties of "Japanese tea," matcha holds a unique position. While most Japanese teas, such as sencha and gyokuro, retain the shape of the tea leaves, matcha is processed into a fine powder, which is its main feature. Taking advantage of this feature, it is widely used as an ingredient in cooking and confectionery.
