Smoothies made with fruit, milk and matcha. Smoothies are usually made with fruit and milk, whereas by adding matcha green tea, a new flavor is achieved.
How to make it

Peel and cut the bananas in 2 pieces.

Freeze 1 day before.

In a blender, put all the ingredients and start blending until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and leave in the fridge.

Decorate with chia seeds, blueberries and the mix of nuts

Among the many varieties of "Japanese tea," matcha holds a unique position. While most Japanese teas, such as sencha and gyokuro, retain the shape of the tea leaves, matcha is processed into a fine powder, which is its main feature. Taking advantage of this feature, it is widely used as an ingredient in cooking and confectionery.
