Baked scallops with garlic and parsley

Garlic and Italian parsley are typical Basque ingredients used in various dishes. In this recipe, we will use these ingredients to make baked scallops.
How to make it

Wash the scallops

Chop the garlic in fine brunoise, and chop the parsley as well.

Mix garlic, parsley and olive oil to make sauce.

Pour the salt and sauce over the scallops in the baking dish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
