Salad with baked scallops

Ingredients 2 servings
Scallops (for sashimi) 100g
Butter 10g
Salt a pinch
White pepper a pinch
Baby leaves 10g
Cherry tomatos 4U
Yellow paprika 10g

Dressings

Lemmon juice 1 tsp.
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp.
Salt a pinch
White pepper a pinch
Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Toppings

White pepper a pinch
Almond 4U

Japanese meaty scallops, grilled and served in a salad with a refreshing dressing.
The almond topping enhances the tender texture of the scallops.

How to make it

  • Put the ingredients of dressing in a bowl and mix.

  • Crush the almonds

  • Cut the cherry tomatos in three, and paprika in thin rounds

  • Flavor the scallops with salt and white pepper

  • Heat the butter on a frying pan, add scallops and sautee lightly on both sides (medium heat)

  • Place the scallops sautee and cherry tomatos in a circle on a plate, then place the baby leaves and paprika in the center.

  • Pour the dressings and sprinkle almond and white pepper
