Japanese meaty scallops, grilled and served in a salad with a refreshing dressing.
The almond topping enhances the tender texture of the scallops.
How to make it

Put the ingredients of dressing in a bowl and mix.

Crush the almonds

Cut the cherry tomatos in three, and paprika in thin rounds

Flavor the scallops with salt and white pepper

Heat the butter on a frying pan, add scallops and sautee lightly on both sides (medium heat)

Place the scallops sautee and cherry tomatos in a circle on a plate, then place the baby leaves and paprika in the center.

Pour the dressings and sprinkle almond and white pepper
