Satisfying rice balls with a delicious sweet and spicy sauce

Ingredients 2 servings
Thinly sliced beef 150g (8U)
Soy sauce (for pre-seasoning) 1 tsp. (can be replaced with nam pla)
A Soy sauce (for sauce) 1.5 tbsp. (can be replaced with nam pla)
Mirin  1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Cooked rice 200g
Processed cheese 30g
Salad oil 1 tsp.
Roasted white sesame for topping

Making rice balls wrapped with pre-seasoned sliced beef, completing it with a sweet and spicy flavor. It brings enough satisfaction for kids meal by filling cheese inside.

How to make it

  • Marinade the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce and blend.

  • Cut the proccessed cheese in half.

  • Take a quater amount of rice, fill it with processed cheese and roll it in a barrel shape. Roll a quater amount of sliced beef around the rice ball. Do the same process for other three.

  • Mix the A ingredients.

  • Heat the salad oil in a pan, and cook the rice ball with the end of meat facing down. Then cook until the whole meat is cooked for about 5minutes with medium heat.

  • Add the mixed sauce in the pan.

  • Serve with roasted white sesame on top.
