The 9th Washoku World Challenge Announcement of the Document Screening Results
This year's Washoku World Challenge "Goho - Five methods" attracted 150 participants from 39 countries and regions around the world for the online document screening.
At the document screening event, the candidates were judged based on a holistic evaluation of their knowledge and skill level of Japanese cuisine, as well as their attitude towards it.
