Japanese Grape Pancake

Ingredients
- Shine Muscat grapes 10 pcs
- Kyoho grapes 10 pcs
- Egg 1 pc
- Milk 80g
- Sugar 30g
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- Cake flour 100 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Mint As needed
- Fresh cream 100g
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Maple syrup As needed
How to make
・Cut five of the Shine Muscat grapes in half. Leave the remaining five grapes whole.
・Peel the Kyoho grapes.

1Combine the egg, milk, sugar, and vegetable oil in a bowl.

2Sift the cake flour and baking powder into the bowl from Step 1 and stir them in.

3In a frying pan, grill the batter from Step 2 one ladleful at a time, starting from low to medium heat. (Grill six pancakes in total.)

4Serve layered in the order of pancakes, cream, and then grapes.

5Top with maple syrup to taste and garnish with the mint.
Tips for Preparation
・Give the cream a soft finish so that it blends more easily with the pancakes.
・It is also okay to use the Shine Muscat grapes if you can't get the Kyoho grapes.
