Marihana means "hop flower" in Japanese, and hops take the lead in this session IPA that delivers a highly drinkable beer without sacrificing on flavor. With light golden hues that contrast with a fluffy white head, Marihana features a delicate, citrusy hop aroma and sophisticated bitterness. It all comes together in a well-balanced IPA, with a lower alcohol content for drinkability.
Shikkoku is a Japanese word that evokes the jet-black color of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant, mellow flavor profile. Enigmatic shadows contrast sharply with the brightness of its fine, tea-colored head, while the fragrance of aromatic hops delights the nose. Two types of black malt join six other malt varieties for a black lager that is smooth, light, and balanced-never cloying. Japan proudly offers this dark jewel to stand among the best dark beers in the world.
Premium Rich Ale makes plentiful use of the best hops available. The bright, grape-fruity aroma from those citrusy hops is perfectly balanced with its rich flavor. This authentic ale is best enjoyed at about 54 degrees, so don't forget to take it out of the fridge a little early.

Valuing community identity and creating a product with the potential to become a local specialty item were our top priorities when developing this beer. That's why, as the name suggests, we incorporated Aichi Prefecture's famous red (aka) miso into the recipe. The umami of the soybean-based miso melds with the umami of the malt for a well-balanced, distinctively smooth flavor.
A dark beer brewed with the shells and meat of oysters. Oyster stout was pioneered in the UK based on the idea that dark beer and oysters go exquisitely well together--but the combination is also scientifically proven to improve yeast activity. Our version melds rich stout and delicious oysters from Hirota Bay on the Sanriku coast.

Aooni ("Blue Demon") is a byword for Japanese IPA. Its assertive West Coast IPA character on your palate may raise your eyebrows at first, but it'll soon put a smile on your face with the refreshing hop flavors and refined texture. Once you taste the Aooni, there is no escaping the blue monster.
The Umami IPA is part of our "I'm Sorry I Forgot to Ask you What you Like" series of adjunct beers that our brewers wanted to brew and drink, but perhaps not you. The umami is extracted from Japanese "katsuo-bushi" or bonito flakes, which not only facilitates fermentation but also brings out refreshing and fruity tropical notes to this crushable IPA. And NO, it doesn't taste like fish !!
