Marihana means "hop flower" in Japanese, and hops take the lead in this session IPA that delivers a highly drinkable beer without sacrificing on flavor. With light golden hues that contrast with a fluffy white head, Marihana features a delicate, citrusy hop aroma and sophisticated bitterness. It all comes together in a well-balanced IPA, with a lower alcohol content for drinkability.
Wheat beer is instantly recognizable by its bright hue, tinged with a soft, milky white glow. Yeasts selected specifically for their ability to bring out sweet aromas from the wheat are complemented by fruity notes for a rich yet refreshing brew that is smooth on the tongue and goes down with a flourish. We chose the Japanese word for white for our Hefeweizen as a way to capture not only its bright color, but also its distinctively gentle character that is at once comforting and unique.
Normally, only the brewer gets to taste unfiltered beers as they check their progress during production. But with our Golden Meister lager, you can experience the delicious and essential taste of malt and yeast before they have been filtered out. As this beer warms, you'll be able to savor a unique combination of sweet and mellow flavors.

Valuing community identity and creating a product with the potential to become a local specialty item were our top priorities when developing this beer. That's why, as the name suggests, we incorporated Aichi Prefecture's famous red (aka) miso into the recipe. The umami of the soybean-based miso melds with the umami of the malt for a well-balanced, distinctively smooth flavor.
A dark beer brewed with the shells and meat of oysters. Oyster stout was pioneered in the UK based on the idea that dark beer and oysters go exquisitely well together--but the combination is also scientifically proven to improve yeast activity. Our version melds rich stout and delicious oysters from Hirota Bay on the Sanriku coast.
