Japanese cuisine is drawing attention from around the world now that it is registered as UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage.
At Washoku Reception, themed on Japanese cuisine’s “one soup and three dishes” concept, visitors can enjoy nutritionally balanced, authentic Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef Shimatani, one of the most prominent chefs in Japan, and Chef Koike, who runs Japanese restaurants in Brazil.
The event will also include a demonstration of Japanese cooking techniques by Chef Shimatani.
Come and enjoy the authentic taste of Japanese cuisine, as well as the symposium.
It should be noted that the symposium is by invitation only. General customer will not be able to admission.
