Marinated bonito sashimi
Bonito sashimi (raw) 200g
Onion 1/4 (50g)
Garlic 1 piece (5g)
Dried kelp 5x5 cm
Water 100ml
Soy sauce 50ml
Mirin seasoning 30ml
Adding a little effort to simple bonito sashimi turns it into a delicious meal. Bonito sashimi can be enjoyed when marinated even though you don’t like the smell of it.

Strip bonito sashimi into 5mm width. Cut onions thinly. Grate the garlic. Wipe dried kelp with wet paper towel to remove dust, and cut thinly with scissors.

Mix kelp, water, soy sauce, mirin seasoning and garlic in an airtight container, and place in the bonito and onion before covering it. Leave in a fridge for 3 hours.
