2 fresh Jersey oysters with yuzu ponzu sauce - paired with - Tatsuriki “Oyster” Junmai (Brewery: Tatsuriki / Prefecture: Hyogo) or Manotsuru “Devil’s Dry” Honjozo (Brewery: Obata Shuzo / Prefecture: Niigata).

5 deep fried oysters - paired with - Kamoshibito Kuheiji Sauvage (Brewery: Banjo Jozo / Prefecture: Hyogo).

All of our sakes at the bar have been chosen to pair exceptionally well with oysters, but the 3 sakes listed above have been recommended by our Sake & Oyster Bar team.
