Sake: NV Nigori Junmai Daiginjo 50, Keigetsu, Kochi Prefecture

Pairing: Keigetsu Nigori Junmai Daiginjo has creamy texture and tropical fruit aroma. It offers a sweet, refreshing profile with notes of lychee, pineapple, and mango. The fruitiness of the sake compliments the buerre blanc, softening the saltines and the citrus notes, lifting the flavours of the Dorset Crab Ravioli.
