Aya grape pork tenderized in red wine and homemade beetroot sauce made with Hatcho miso added to the red wine sauce. The characteristics of Japanese miso remain and the dish is finished to enhance the taste of Japanese pork that can be felt only because it uses Japanese seasoning.
