Wazuka town is a main production region of Uji tea, and we are producing Uji tea for over 150 years in Wazuka town.
We are thinking that “green tea has a lot of health benefits, and cultivation also should be healthy and eco-friendly way”.
So now we are cultivating all our 14 acres tea fields with pesticide-free (and a part of fields are certified JAS organic), and pesticide residual inspection is detected anything.
We have wide range of green tea from ceremonial matcha, culinary matcha, houjicha powder to loose leaf tea such as sencha, genmaicha, Japanese black tea, and oolong tea.(annual production quantity is around 10 tons)
We stock unprocessed tea(rough tea, Aracha) in our huge refrigerator and order to grind with stone mill.
