Kajitani Foods is a long-established confectionery manufacturer in Kurashiki that has been producing and selling delicious cookies since 1944. 1966, the company became a flour product processing contract factory for Japan School Lunch and began supplying crackers for school lunch. They were offered to delegations from seven countries at the G7 Kurashiki Education Ministerial Meeting in May 2016.
