This intimate counter restaurant beneath The Blue Posts pub offers an intriguing and rewarding gastronomic experience. The prime ingredients are largely sourced from the British Isles, be they Orkney scallops or Lake District beef, and are often combined with Asian notes in a series of delicate dishes of which the components are explained in detail by the chefs.

SAKE PAIRING MENU

Cornish fish in 2 servings, burnt leek, kombu, fig leaf. Paired with Takashimizu Junmai Daiginjo from Takashimizu Sake (Akita Prefecture).

Scottish langoustine, celeriac, blackcurrant leaf, koshikari rice. Paired with amo Kinshu Junmai Daiginjo 50 from @kanemitsu.kamokin (Hiroshima Prefecture).
