Sachi is a celebration of Japanese food, culture and craft. Our food is inspired by regional Japanese cooking and is made with local ingredients from unique producers. Expect British line-caught fish prepared by our chefs at the sushi counter, British meat from heritage breeds cooked over coals on our robata grill and organic Japanese greens grown in Sussex
The strikingly designed open dining room is complemented by a sushi counter, hidden booths, a private dining room and late-night cocktail lounge. We have a sake sommelier on hand, with our selection of sake curated by one of the UK’s only Sake Samurais, while our Japanese whisky collection is one of London’s most extensive.
