Dinings SW3 opened in May 2017 as a hidden gem located in a mews off Walton Street in Knightsbridge specialising in an evolved Izakaya-style of cooking, incorporating authentic Japanese and European cuisines to create delicious small plates in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. Alongside the main restaurant space there is the sushi counter and ‘Kurabu’ (a mezzanine area that seats up to 24) alongside a secluded outdoor courtyard.
Executive Chef Masaki Sugisaki and his team have developed a unique style of sushi and sashimi that changes with the seasons using the freshest seafood from Cornish day boats. Celebrating the finest of Japanese cooking traditions, fused with a western twist, Dinings SW3 also makes use of the Josper oven to create a range of “Sumiyaki” dishes. Each and every dish is prepared with the utmost of respect for the ingredient, minimising food waste and adding to Dinings SW3’s sustainability practices.
