With a menu inspired by Nordic cooking methods such as cooking over fire and prepared using seasonal British ingredients, find fresh Cornish line-caught fish with sea herbs and smoked cream, succulent prime cuts of British meat with berries and root vegetables or foraged mushrooms served with black garlic and greens.
Our cocktails and spritzes were created by our resident mixologists and are made with house infusions, botanicals and exclusive spirits. There’s also Danish and Japanese beer on tap as well as a curated international wine list.
