NANBU BIJIN

The "Beauty Series" by Nanbu Bijin introduces a lineup of Junmai Ginjo sake, each brewed with distinct sake rice varieties. Among them is this Junmai Ginjo made with "Sake-Mirai" rice, gaining traction among Ginjo-style brewers. With a bottle adorned in a label featuring a vivid blue hue, reminiscent of powdery snowflakes falling from the sky, it exudes aromas of melon, orange peel, and hints of candied pineapple. Its captivating bouquet unfurls into a refreshing finish. For an optimal experience, it is recommended to savour this sake in a white wine glass, elevating its charm and enhancing its nuanced profile.
