About the Sake brewery:
Introduced in 1886, Shiragiku Shuzo bears the name of a quintessential Japanese autumn flower. As the sake ripens during fall, the Shiragiku flowers bloom in full splendour. The prefix "Taiten" commemorates the prestigious honor prize received during Emperor Shōwa's enthronement ceremony. In Sakaruga Town, Okayama Prefecture, the beginning of the sake brewing season is marked by clouds flowing down the mountainside. In this setting, the autumnal charm of the natural surroundings aligns with the brewery's legacy to form an enduring tradition amidst Okayama's stunning landscapes.
