About the Sake brewery:
A local sake brewery deeply connected to the rice, water, and climate of Eiheiji. Founded by the Yoshida family, now in its sixth generation, the brewery honours Eiheiji terroir in every bottle. Each spring, rice paddies awaken from their winter slumber, filled with pure water and new life, forming the foundation for sake brewing. By carefully cultivating rice and using pristine local water, it transforms nature’s blessings into sake reflecting the beauty and essence of the region. The brewery cherishes its origins and strives to bring joy to customers, offering a taste that evokes the expansive rice fields and heart of Eiheiji.
