Magret Duck Ham Ginger Marine

Chef Daisuke Yoshikawa

Born in Yokohama and raised in a culinary household with a French chef father, he was immersed in the art of cooking from an early age. He began his career at nineteen in Michelin-starred kitchens in Tokyo and later honed his craft at LUKA Singapore before opening Pulsii in 2024.
