Chef Ivan Brehm
Ivan Brehm, a Brazilian chef and owner of NOURI in Singapore, gained recognition for earning the first Michelin star for The Kitchen at Bacchanalia in 2016. With a rich heritage that includes Italian, German, Russian, Spanish, Lebanese, and Syrian roots, he developed “Crossroads Thinking,” a philosophy that highlights global culinary influences. His impressive career spans renowned kitchens such as Per Se and The Fat Duck. Beyond cooking, he is also engaged in restaurant design and community building.
