Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai

HAKKAISAN BREWERY

A refined sake that embodies the Niigata tradition of clean and balanced flavours. Brewed with Gohyakumangoku and Koshiibuki rice polished to 60%, it uses pure snowmelt water from Niigata and Kyokai No. 901 yeast to create a gentle aroma and a smooth, rounded palate. Subtle notes of almond and vanilla give way to a crisp, dry finish, making it an exceptionally food-friendly sake. It pairs beautifully with sushi, sashimi, cheese, grilled dishes, and even pizza. Enjoyable chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed, it is both approachable and elegant, bridging tradition with modern dining.
