He began cooking at fifteen in modest streetside kitchens before pursuing formal training at KDU University College. His career flourished at Mezze Bistro and Top Shelf, leading him to DC in 2015. Rising to sous chef, he is celebrated for seasonal desserts that weave Asian inspiration into refined creations.
