Japanese fermented seasonings such as miso, soy sauce, mirin, and sake are indispensable to Japanese cuisine.
I believe that using them not only for seasoning but also for food preparation makes the ingredients more flavorful.
I feel that gluten-free fermented seasonings like Saikyo Miso will be more in demand in the future. This is especially true in the U.S., as more and more people are looking for gluten-free products. I came up with this dish to make it tasty while keeping in mind the health benefits.
